Agua de jamaica

Ingredients:

  • 2.6L water

  • 75g dried hibiscus flower

  • 75g brown sugar

  • 75g white sugar

Instructions:

  • Bring water to a boil

  • Add hibiscus flower & infuse for 30min

  • Add sugars and stir

  • Pass through a meshed sieve into serving jars

  • Leave to cool down, label and preserve in the fridge


Serving instructions:

Serve cold, on ice, in a 35cl glass Top up with cinnamon powder.
