Agua de jamaica
Ingredients:
2.6L water
75g dried hibiscus flower
75g brown sugar
75g white sugar
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil
Add hibiscus flower & infuse for 30min
Add sugars and stir
Pass through a meshed sieve into serving jars
Leave to cool down, label and preserve in the fridge
Serving instructions:
Serve cold, on ice, in a 35cl glass Top up with cinnamon powder.
