Horchata

Ingredients:

  • 75gr brown sugar

  • 75gr white sugar

  • 3L almond milk

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 120gr horchata mix powder

Instructions:

  • In a sealable container, stir sugars, horchata mix powder and vanilla extract into the almond milk

  • Add the cinnamon stick

  • Leave to infuse 1 night

Serving instructions:

Serve cold, on ice, in a 35cl glass Top up with pepitoria.
