Ingredients:

  • 1kg chili purée

  • 235gr cider vinegar

  • 20gr garlic

  • 20gr ginger

  • 40gr sugar

  • 1gr xanthan gum

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients

  2. Distribute in previously sanitized bottles
