Bottled Oaxacan Negroni
Ingredients:
20cl Sweet Vermouth
20cl Mezcal
20cl Campari
4 orange peels
Instructions:
Pour all the ingredients in a bottle
Leave to infuse 3-4 days
Strain
Serve 6cl in a glass with 3-4 ice cubes and stir for 20 seconds
Strain in a fresh glass with 3-4 ice cubes
