Bottled Oaxacan Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 20cl Sweet Vermouth

  • 20cl Mezcal

  • 20cl Campari

  • 4 orange peels

Instructions:

  • Pour all the ingredients in a bottle

  • Leave to infuse 3-4 days

  • Strain

  • Serve 6cl in a glass with 3-4 ice cubes and stir for 20 seconds

  • Strain in a fresh glass with 3-4 ice cubes
