Bottled Rum Old fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 55cl dark rum

  • 5cl water

  • 5cl panela syrup

  • 1.5cl angostura bitter

  • 1 ancho chile

  • ½ orange peel

Instructions:

  • Pour all the ingredients in a bottle

  • Leave to infuse 3-4 days

  • Strain

  • Serve 6cl in a glass with 3-4 glasses and stir for 20cl
